By accessing or using MoonMate, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
• If you are using MoonMate on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms

MoonMate is a wellness companion application that provides:

• Mood Tracking: Tools to log and monitor your emotional well-being
• Cycle Tracking: Features to track menstrual cycles and related symptoms
• Partner Connection: Ability to share selected information with a connected partner
• AI Chat Assistant: Conversational support for wellness-related discussions
• Insights & Analytics: Personalized insights based on your logged data

When using MoonMate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Use the app only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent any security features
• Not use the app in any way that could harm other users or the service

You may not use MoonMate to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the app
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service

MoonMate offers both free and premium subscription options:

• Free Tier: Basic features available at no cost
• Premium Subscription: Additional features available through paid subscription
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play)

Please be aware of the following disclaimers:

• MoonMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Health-related features are for informational purposes only and not medical advice
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MoonMate will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between the parties
• If negotiations fail, binding arbitration in San Francisco, California
• Class action waiver: disputes must be brought on an individual basis

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MoonMate at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of MoonMate after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
